“My name is Ariel, I am 5 years old and I joined Ieladeinu in 2011, with my four brothers. Upon my arrival at the institution, I was suffering a developmental delay and I had impulsive behavior related to the history of family violence in which Justice is interfering.
Despite my difficulties, I never stopped going to kindergarten, I attend double shift and I enjoy playing with my friends. In the Day Care Center, I enjoy being part of the games with my classmates and peers. I love reading stories and dressing up. With great courage, I managed to overcome serious difficulties, because thanks to Ieladeinu professionals and Godparents, my second chance began”.

Being a Godparent is committing to a positive change in the life of a child, to know his/her history and help his/her growth. The Godparent Program is a bridge linking the economic contribution and solidarity commitment with the particular necessity of each child.
Annually the possibility of being a godparent is renewed. Who enters the program is assigned a godson/ goddaughter and without knowing him/her personally, receives regular information on his/her development. The amount of these donations is preset according to the device in which the child participates.
Each year an exclusive dinner for Godparents and/or people interested in the program is organized. Currently, in reference to the Jewish calendar, we are in the Godparent Program 5774 which motto is “Once Upon a Time, the second chance began”.

¿Qué significa ser Padrino?
Ser un Padrino o Madrina de Ieladeinu es comprometerse con el cambio positivo en la vida de un niño o un adolescente, involucrarse en su historia y ayudarlo a crecer sin conocerlo personalmente.
Periódicamente, los Padrinos reciben información sobre sus ahijados. Así, a lo largo del año Padrino y Ahijado se toman simbólicamente de la mano para caminar juntos hacia un futuro lleno de oportunidades.
El compromiso se renueva anualmente. Los montos de este tipo de donativo están preestablecidos según el dispositivo con el cual se cuida al niño (Hogar, Centro de Día o Programa de Fortalecimiento Familiar).
Actualmente, según el calendario judío, estamos cursando el Programa Padrinos 5777, cuyo lema es “La grandeza de lo pequeño”.
Todos los años se organiza una Cena exclusiva para Padrinos Madrinos y/o personas interesadas en conocer este Programa. Durante la cena de 2016, se proyectó este video testimonial que te invitamos a ver: muestra el cariño y profesionalismo con el que se trabaja en Ieladeinu y, sobre todo, la necesidad de tener Padrinos y Madrinas comprometidos.
